My experience at Mini's Latin Fusion was exceptional 👏🏽. Chef Evans prepared a fantastic spread of culinary goodness for myself and my partner. He recommended the surf and turf for me and legume with black rice for my partner. Both of our meals were delicious and satisfying. Chef Evans culinary skills were outstanding 👌 He meets and exceed all my foodie expectations. From one Chef to another, thank you for a wonderful meal. The Food here is amazing, also the customer service is exceptional, this restaurant would have to be the best restaurant I’ve Ever dined in my whole entire life, the cook always provides fresh food and and the food is best quality as well, they offer Spanish and Caribbean food and the food is amazing, they also make you feel at home.

The fish tacos we shared were delicious. Yes, they were so filling that I barely touched on my arroz con pollo dish. I took it home along with a piece of cheesecake!

The staff were attentive and friendly... Yes, we had a lovely time dining in... we felt perfectly safe. Can’t wait to come back.

We did a double date for Valentine’s Day. My boyfriend made reservations… and we had an amazing time!! I loved the seafood paella- it was the highlight of my prix fixe meal.

My wife and I love their food. We've tried a couple of diferent dishes and have enjoyed them all. One of our favorites is the broiled seabas and shrimp combo. We get it every other time we order so we can try other things. It is sooooo good. Rich flavors and always satisfies. One order feeds us both. We also LOVE their chorizo mac and cheese. We usually order that with the chicharron de pollo appetizer. They go really good together. I can go on about other things we've order but this review is long enough. In short whatever it is you order will probably be delicious.

My kids surprised me in May for the Mother's day brunch and it was Amazing! Today, we ordered for my sons birthday [he loved the empanadas from May]and I did mention that on the phone. It would have been a nice surprise to have seen a little slice of cake. The guacamole and chips could have been separated and its a very small portion for the price. My steak was bland and for the price, not worth it.
