Tzatziki Greek Grill

What a delicious, pleasant surprise this little restaurant was! When I walked in I honestly didn't expect too much because it was small and completely empty, and could have been a little cleaner. However the food was outstanding, and I am VERY picky. My friend and I split a ginormous Greek salad (the stuffed grape leaves were unbelievable), and we each ordered a gyro. Mine was chicken and so good! We also ordered the side of fries, and for $4 we received a large basket of fresh, hand cut, perfectly cooked fries. I don't live anywhere New Rochelle but I'm hoping to make it back there!

I got:
-ultimate (both the name of the menu item and an accurate descriptor) gyro, beef and lamb
-Greek salad

Everything was delicious, fresh, smelled so good. The food came out so fast and the gyro legitimately was the best I've had in recent memory. The energy was great, good music, the staff were so kind and thoughtful and sweet.

Will definitely be back to try other stuff, so many things on that menu I want to try, I was really eyeing the moussaka and the spanakopita bites but salad ended up being the craving of the moment. No complaints of course-- that salad was organized optimally and the ingredients were sized/cut in the ideal ratios, amazing work on that feta lol, and the dressing paired perfectly.

Just based on the meal I had I have high expectations for the rest of the menu.

I think this is the best gyro I’ve ever had in my whole life. I wish i was joking, because now I’ll be walking in their doors every week. The meat was so tender and juicy and the pita was so soft and light, the veggies fresh and the WINGS!!!! So tasty. The proof is in the pictures. The employees were so sweet and attentive and the atmosphere is so nice. Do yourself a favor and treat yourself to something nice 😁

Edit: I’ve added the tzatziki nachos because i think everyone should try them. I’ve been here about 10 times since i first left my review and the food has gotten even better. As always, exceptional service and the sweetest staff. Thank you guys for being amazing!!

The food was very good, my husband had the avgolemono soup and titan fries, and I had the beef gyro, we had no complaints! Very savory and well seasoned. The service was slightly slow but they also had the option to place your order ahead and pick it up at the counter, so they were busy. We sat down in the restaurant, it's a very casual/no frills place. Would recommend.

Exceptional food, great staff up front and in the kitchen, and good service! They even took the time to offer our service dog some food. We will travel back just to eat here from Long Island!

The Tzatziki wings were amazing and the feta cheese guacamole was unique! Great Gyro!
