Wanna start with - I love Middletown Medical, only reason this is a 2 star and not 1. Around here I’ve had a lot of bad doctors and most of the good ones I’ve had worked at Middletown Medical.
Went to urgent care last night and receptionist told me the Doctor said get a new thermometer, my low temp was “impossible”
Doctor didn’t even see me.
I’m assuming it’s because I came in late, got there around 5:25 when they close at 6.
I just want that doctor to know I went out right after I left there bought a new thermometer (just doing that my reynauds got really horrible I had to go straight home) and I’ve tested my old thermometer against the brand new one, and the old one is accurate.
Clearly that temperature isnt “impossible”
I called this morning they told me the doctor that was there was likely Dr. Roman.
Maybe if he could have been bothered to see me and speak to me and maybe take my vitals, he could have given proper advice.
This review it strictly for whatever doctor was working November 17 at 5:30pm.
If I know who it was for certain I’d write a review on them. Usually I have no issues with this office and I’ve been many times.
Dr Bernice is a very thorough doctor, she takes her time with her patients. She will get to the root of the problem. hands down the best primary care doctor I’ve ever had! Im never switching.
