    I ordered 2-twin packs of Neilmed nasal gel through Walmart, which actually came from Mr. medical. When it arrived one bottle had leaked out completely dry. I placed a complaint through Walmart and Mr. Medical reached out to me to resolve the issue. They offered refund or replacement product. Within 4 days I received my replacement. Customer service was great!
