When I confirmed the purchase, she helped me find a brand new wallet in the warehouse. And gave me a discount that I couldn't refuse. I am very satisfied with this shopping experience!

When you get tired of waiting in line at the other stores, begging to buy their overpriced designer goods, walk over to Mulberry where quiet luxury and timelessness meet. Ask for Heather. She will guide you in the right direction. She's officialy in my speed dial as when I have the itch for a new bag she is just the sales associate to guide me to what I want and need (without ever having to leave my house). Where else can you get that kind of service!? Their bags are impeccable, good quality and 5 stars. Don't walk, run. Because truly this brand gets it right every single time.

Bought a handful of items from here. The most recent time I went in the sales people remembered me from previous trips which made it all the more enjoyable. Great quality and great prices, highly underrated in my opinion.

Amazing staff. They are all so polite and sweet. A sharp contrast to all the other designer stores at this outlet location. Although a high end brand none of the sa were pretentious or trying to be your fake friend. Such real and nice people! It deserves 10+ stars.
