I had the most amazing experience at Mystique Salon & Spa. This was my first time getting hair extensions, and I was nervous at first, but the entire team made me feel so comfortable from the moment I walked in.

I worked with Heather Hills, and she is truly incredible. She did absolutely amazing work and took the time to thoroughly explain the entire IBE extension process step by step, answered all my questions, and continuously checked in to make sure I was comfortable throughout the appointment. Her attention to detail and care for her clients really shows. My IBE extensions are life changing they look so natural and completely transformed my confidence.

The staff is beyond nice everyone was welcoming, friendly, and made sure I had everything I needed. The atmosphere was warm, professional, and relaxing. When she noticed my color didn’t lift the way she wanted during the blowout, she immediately went back and adjusted it to ensure it was perfect. Suzanne did my hair today. She did a fantastic job. The staff was very friendly and the time went very fast. I’m not generally one to sit still for anything.
