I don't know if this is where I'm supposed to write a review for the paramedics but the nanuet paramedics who took me from crystal run urgent care to Nyack hospital the other day were really nice and it was entertaining to watch how they got along with each other and were funny which made me feel better while also still being serious about what was going on. They also were very good to my older brother while he was alive when I was a kid when they'd visit my house sometimes in the morning (didn't really know why they did). Great paramedics thank you for all you do!

Always polite and will refer you to other agencies if needed

They are really fast responders (pre-covid) However the EMS. two techs must of been training still. I diagnosed an elderly relative's condition (medical background) yet the young male tech claimed he heard no signs of pneumonia. Perhaps there were too many in the room while he used the stethoscope, yet it should have been obvious. The female tech that accompanied him with the ambulance- i probably could have typed into her ipad faster. Yet we all learn sometime. Our family and neighbor's were clueless as to why there was a random Haredi who came with the ambulance, and stood there doing nothing aside from making jokes. We did not find this amusing, as it was serious. As for the young EMS in training, you'll get there with heart and determination. A big thank you to all of our first responder's, especially during these trying times. Your work is appreciated.
