I Worked with Ron during my levitt dormer. He is very knowledgeable and provides different price points and styles depending on your budget. I went with all Anderson 400 series casements windows. He also assisted me with reviewing my plans and making sure all the windows were correct.

He also assisted me with my interior / exterior doors and closets for the whole house (basically half my house haha). He is very patient and replies to emails quickly. Also assists with any issues with orders and replacements if you need him. The store is a one stop shop. I would definitely recommend.

I think the most important part of working with Nassau door and window is they really understood the feel and design you are looking for and how to assist you if you want to order windows with jambs/jamb extensions and if you want them painted from the factory etc. PS. The b front black door is amazing and beautiful!

I shopped around for a big job. 1 huge bay window on 2nd floor, one huge custom front door and one standard side door. This was a replacement job. Nassau Windows and Lowe’s had very similar prices, Pella was 2x as much. I chose Nassau Windows and Doors in the Hicksville location. Ron was the salesman. He was very knowledgeable and excellent to deal with. Very thorough also to make sure what I ordered was complete and matched. Ok that was the easy part. They use a separate installer who had to do the real tough work. When the order was ready, the installer contacted me and scheduled the delivery and time. John with three workers had to perform the very difficult replacement. Let me say, these guys were amazing. Very proficient and very professional. The installation went flawless and they did an excellent clean up job and removed all the debris. I give Ron and John the installer an A+ rating.
