Ditching my old doctor and coming over to Dr Alina’s office has improved my lifestyle and I’ve lost a lot of weight/diabetes treatment. She’s the best and the office staff as well very friendly and professional.
the physician I'm seeing has been great so far but the desk and office staff are some of the most utterly incompetent people I've ever had to deal with. I've been trying for weeks to get referred to a neurologist only to be given the run around and made to keep calling the neuro office when they never even sent the referral. turns out they couldn't even refer me there so now the process has to start again. I received a letter via the mail letting me know my referral was sent to a different neurologist, and for me to call them (THAT'S AGAIN not how it works) and when I did anyway, the phone number they provided in the letter is for DAIRY QUEEN. these people clearly think patient health is a joke and cannot even do the bare minimum of their jobs in any capacity when time is an essential factor. they have no respect for their patients and no integrity as healthcare workers, and would be better off employed at the Dairy Queen they refer patients to.
