Dr. Randy Stephan is awesome! He's incredibly knowledgeable, compassionate, and great at what he does! I've had issues with back and sciatica pain in the past and he has helped me to get rid of the pain!
When I need an adjustment to restore my body's alignment, he is my go to Doctor! He cares deeply about his patients and I always feel safe when I'm under his care!

The massage therapists, acupuncture practitioners, doctors, and receptionists are incredibly skilled and kind. I am greeted with a smile by everyone. The new office is beautiful with a lovely and spacious waiting area. The staff genuinely cares to help you feel better and asks questions to ensure they are helping you in the best way possible. I so highly recommend this facility!

I have great things to share about NYC Spine Care. The welcome by the staff is fantastic. The professionalism of the massage therapist is very commendable. The acupuncturist are great especially, Mercedes. I have seen many acupuncturists and she is by far the best one I have ever seen. She was very informative and I felt much better after the session and slept fantastic that evening. I highly recommend NYC Spine Care.

I have been going to MYCspinecare W.Nyack for about 5 months. The front desk staff are professional and personable. I highly recommend Baret or Andrew for massage and Hyemi for acupuncture, they a amazing and have helped me so much. My insurance covers the services which is a big plus. And the atmosphere is like you are at a spa!!! So many good things to say about them!!

NYC Spine Care started me off with a great evaluation and really listened to my concerns. It began with the office staff who made sure that they worked collaboratively with me on scheduling appointments which were tailored to my work and private schedules, then after meeting with the doctor we reviewed my medical history and current conditions to ensure the proper care was given for each ailment. Therapeutic massage and acupuncture have been very productive for me and my range of motion and increased from one week to the next. Finding NYSpineCare has been very beneficial to me and I highly recommend a consultation. Nothing was pushed or forced on me, they are great listeners and truly care about your well-being.
