    DONT COME EARLY!!!

Honestly one of the worst and most time consuming moments I’ve ever had in a doctors office. I came here for my mom’s appointment. We DID come in early for the appointment but was told from the beginning when we signed in it would be a quick wait time. We waited for exactly a hour and 3 minutes for my mom to get called in. When we walked in my mom already needed to go to the bathroom really bad (she needed to drink 24-32 ounces of water an hour for her appointment) but wasn’t supposed to go to the bathroom because it’s for her appointment. So she asked the front desk how long it was going to take for her to get called in they said “it won’t be long, but you know you came early for your appointment.” After around 30 minutes my mom felt like she couldn’t hold it in anymore, she went up to the front desk asking them how long she had to wait they said she’s too early for her appointment so she has to wait. I understand where they came from but don’t tell someone who was waiting for an appointment that the wait time wouldn’t be long since we were in the system. My mom couldn’t hold it anymore so we went up and told the front desk we wanna reschedule and they tell her to go to the bathroom because she’s going to get called soon. She tells us, “You know you came in early for your appointment” in a condescending tone… my mom goes to the bathroom, I apologize for bothering and tell her that my mom just has a difficult time holding her bladder, she says “well that’s why she’s here” I try to be understanding, they are probably swamped with work, people are always giving them a difficult time but there’s a way to talk to people. why do you have to be rude when people are already having a difficult time? maybe it was just an off day but from the reviews it seems like it’s a reoccurring problem with the front desk.

Other than the rude front desk, my mom said that the doctor was really nice and after the long wait, it was a quick appointment.

I was so anxious for my MRI, but every staff member from the front desk to registration and beyond were caring, patient, and diligent. They made me feel comfortable and at ease, not to mention I barely had to wait longer than 5 minutes in the waiting room. I am absolutely shocked to see some of the other reviews that are anything less than 5 stars.

I had a decent experience here. The process to call to make an appointment took me 5 mins. When I got here I just gave my script to the front desk, filled out forms, they updated my insurance, then I sat around for maybe 15 mins, then they did my test and I was out the door. I'm sorry to hear others had bad experiences but mine was very uneventful and standard for medical procedures. The front desk woman and the woman who did my test were very kind and pleasant.
