I have taken piano lessons from Brendan for over 10 years. I came back to the piano as an adult after many years of lessons through high school. I enjoy Brendan's style of teaching. We started with a thorough review of scales and fundamental skills, but always worked on a classic piece and a fun contemporary piece to keep it interesting and engaging. He has a great style and I've thoroughly enjoyed being his student. I highly recommend!

Brendan is a really great teacher! My 6-year-old son has been taking lessons with him for several months, and he loves it so much!! He looks forward to his lessons every week, loves practicing piano, and has improved so much in his piano skill. My wife and I attribute this to Brendan's warm, patient, supportive style. Brendan O’Keefe is an Amazing music teacher! He has been giving lessons to my 2 children for years. Brendan is highly skilled in multiple instruments, he’s very patient and flexible, and he’s an excellent teacher. My children started from the absolute basics with Brendan and he has moved them through various levels. Besides that, Brendan always keeps them interested. He teaches important skills/technique and will also include songs that they bring to him and want to try for fun. Another bonus is that Brendan does virtual lessons and he can totally “hear” everything so well! We always recommend Brendan to our friends who are looking for a wonderful teacher!

Brendan is a wonderful teacher. He finds an excellent approach to students and makes sure that they not just progress but also enjoy the process. He is also very flexible.
