𝖨'𝗏𝖾 𝗁𝖺𝖽 𝗍𝗁𝖾 𝗉𝗅𝖾𝖺𝗌𝗎𝗋𝖾 𝗈𝖿 𝖽𝖾𝖺𝗅𝗂𝗇𝗀 𝗐𝗂𝗍𝗁 𝗢𝘂𝗿 𝗜𝘀𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗥𝗲𝗮𝗹 𝗘𝘀𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗲.

Personally, the process itself (in general) felt quite intimidating for someone such as myself as my knowledge is limited within this particular field.

That being said I put my trust in fate & reached out to them on a Thursday afternoon. Low & behold, the following Friday I found myself signing a lease to my new place!

I must say the process was pleasant & comfortable due to the agents knowledgeable & courteous demeanor. Not once had I felt as if the agent I was dealing with didn't have my wants & needs at the forefront of his intent.

It was easy to feel that the agent was listening to my every concern, need, & personal preference; it's also worth noting that the agent was always available to answer any questions or concerns I may have had which did play a large part in my closing.

It really makes a difference when the agent you are dealing with puts the care & dedication of his own time into the catering of your own needs all so that the customer feels nothing less than satisfied. Honestly, this is how business should be conducted.

The experience itself was a breathe of fresh air. With that being said, I would like to specially thank 𝗝𝗼𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗵𝗮𝗻 𝗕𝗿𝘂𝗻𝗼 (the gentleman I've had the pleasure of dealing with) however the rest of the staff gave off the same hardworking energy.

In conclusion, if you are considering dealing with a company comprised of integrity. Look no further. My experience was stellar & I would gladly do future business with them again. Highly Recommended.

I had a good experience dealing with Chris, he was very nice and friendly, the only thing I would recommend them is to change their painter and kitchen guys, this 2 company's they are using are not professional and don't make a good job, otherwise they are an amazing company
