He is a life saver.
When my mother started seeing him, her kidneys were only in fair shape... Dr Shakouri told her that he was going to keep her off dialysis, and he did. Her kidneys are in great shape now. Also, he's very caring and has an, upbeat, very pleasant personality.
My husband had been in & out of the hospital for 9 weeks. They weren't sure what was going on with him. It took a team of wonderful Doctors to finally arrive at a diagnosis. We had been going to a nephrologist & as my husband's condition continued to deteriorate, we realized that this Doctor wasn't the right one for us. That's when Dr. Shakouri stepped in. Not only is he extremely knowledgeable & professional, he's what we call in Yiddish a true Mench! (a very good person)!. He not only has a fantastic bedside manner, he is authentically caring! We are older seniors; & therefore have met our share of doctors. As such we know all too well, such Doctors are few and far between. We feel confident that we are in good hands. In addition, this Doctor has a caring & wonderful staff. What a relief & blessing that God connected us with this Doctor. !!
