My husband and I have been taking our little sweethearts here for over 35 years. It almost feels like family. They have provided care and compassion, both to our pets & to us, and have gone above & beyond on many occasions. No one else will ever replace Dr. Stenzler, Dr. Di & the entire staff in our hearts.

Great Vet, But Unprofessional Staff
This clinic is a mixed bag. The vet is fantastic, and the actual care for pets is excellent. Most other things are good too.
However, it's really off-putting because we can overhear staff talking badly and making wrong assumptions about clients. They act like we can't hear them, but we totally can. It's a shame, as this unprofessionalism really detracts from an otherwise good experience.

From the front desk to the Vet him self all the staff there were beyond amazing. We brought my fur baby to be put to sleep as she was very old and just tired. From the moment we walked in the front desk was very respectful and didn't make me feel uncomfortable. They knew this was a hard thing and were very respectful. Once in the room the nurses and the vet were so sweet and patient with me. Asking if I was ready every step of the way. When she was slipping away to forever sleep they didn't say anything just was there for me and comforting me. After wards the nurse wrapped my fur baby in her blanket so sweetly and let me carry her to the car myself. I can not say enough nice things about this veterinary hospital are angels. Thabk you making Scruffy's last moments feel like family and filled with so much love and care.

For the past 45 years Pearl River Animal Hospital has provided outstanding care for our 4 rescued dogs and 2 cats. The entire staff is always engaged and responsive to whatever the circumstance or need.
From routine examination to end of life, you feel like your pet, who is also a family member, has gotten the best medical care , along with compassion.

The doctors and staff always give my pets the best care possible. I've tried others in the past but nobody came close to the service, care, and love they showed to my pets. They solved a medical issue I had with my pug Frankie, that others couldn't solve before them. The staff is extremely competent. My only regret is that I didn't start with them earlier.
