Shop here weekly for all of our pets food and toys. Great prices and staff is very friendly. The grooming area is top notch and the new pet bath area is great.
Pet supply plus in Ronkonkoma always has the items I need in stock. Manager is always present and friendly. Only Store that I know that sends out coupons for high priced food. Associates always are always Nice and helpful. They look like they enjoy their job and that says a lot about the store manger .
Ryan and Rocco offered excellent customer service and with a smile. They helped with our guppy fish purchase, and as a first time shoppers helped with signing me up for rewards. Great store , today we had Ryan help us pick out (2) new dog beds to match one we already had . He was extremely helpful and very friendly , the store is always stocked and very clean . Its very convenient, the staff members are all nice and eager to help with what your looking for . Highly recommend..
Michelle is the BEST! She is so sweet and kind to me and especially to my Baby Duke. He is very shy and needs a lot of attention when he gets groomed. She makes him feel so comfortable and happy! I cannot say enough nice things about her! I would give her 100 stars!
