Mr Riaz is truly a unique and very unusual person who displays extraordinary qualities. He is caring, kind, patient and trustworthy. He makes sure that customer's needs are fulfilled no matter how much time it takes or how inconvenient it becomes for him. It is hard or nearly impossible to find a person as honest and as efficient as Mr. Riaz in this day and age. I highly recommend him for all anyone's airline needs.
