Proven Martial Arts

We have been part of the PMA Family for 2 and a half years now - both of our boys take taekwondo. The instructors are amazing and it’s obvious that they love what they do! Our kids have learned so much and taekwondo has taught them discipline in a structured yet fun environment. Highly recommend Proven Martial Arts!

We have been part of Proven Martial Arts for 2 years and we are very happy to have this as an extra curricular activity for our son. He has grown and learned so much. It's a great way for him to learn to work hard to accomplish something, and for him to see how good it feels when he does. We look forward to seeing him continue to push through all the way to earn his black belt.

Mr. Alex Puzza and all his instructors are amazing teachers. The school has a very family friendly environment. They are patient and enthusiastic to teach. My child has been a student for about 5 years and I became a student in Gracie Jiu Jitsu for two years now. The skills I’ve learned and friendships I’ve made are invaluable. I’m very grateful to have the opportunity to train with Mr. Alex Puzza and all the students at attend his school.

Alex is an outstanding coach and works incredibly well with young participants! He created fun and yet disciplined activities and routines for my campers who looked forward to their time with Alex on a weekly basis. I enthusiastically recommend Alex and I look forward to working with him again this summer!

My son has been a PMA member for almost a year now and continues to enjoy attending the classes. Since starting Jujitsu, he has shown improvement in his confidence, focus, and self defense skills. The instructors feel like family and are very accommodating towards students/parents.
