Regina has been a trusted name I’ve heard about for years. Several friends and my mother had seen her before. When I was in a time of need she already had a full schedule, but stayed late to see me anyway. Gina has a gentle energy I find inviting to open up to. Her guidance and assurance was helpful to me. I never met someone who was so devoted to their work. Gina went beyond her job with helping my mom. Off hours and outside the office Gina was there to help however she could. Gina is more than a therapist and I’m grateful she’s in our lives.

I was lucky enough to have found Gina at a stressful time in my life. She helped me through some rough times, taught me meditation techniques and introduced me to binaural beats (lifesaver). I’ve recommended friends over the years because she’s good at what she does, and she’s the real deal.

My wife and I started seeing Regina about a year ago. Might be even longer to be honest, but she has been a lifesaver! My wife and I were really going through it, balancing raising our children, work and each other. We were arguing almost every day. The most trivial things would send us down such a dark path. I was skeptical of any sort of counseling at first, but felt ready to try anything. Regina would help us through our worst, really understood what was causing our behaviors and grounded us. Even after we started, we would still eventually fall into another argument, but Regina would take my call at a moments notice and set time aside for us. I cannot stress how much she has helped us. My wife and I are in a good place, but still plan sessions regularly to talk and maintain our relationship. If you have any reservations about seeking her help, don’t. We are truly thankful to have met her!
