I had 3 massages with Jen while I was in the Hopewell area and she was AMAZING! I have a masseuse I love back home and am usually disappointed with other massages when I get one traveling, but Jen got to know my body super quick & had a great flow and technique. I've also heard great things about Tiffani, but didn't get a chance to work with her this trip.
The cottage space was warm and welcoming and there is a nursery right behind it. Can't recommend Ameliorate enough and looking forward to coming back when I'm in town!
Tiffani is truly exceptional at what she does! Her expertise, intuition, and personalized approach are unmatched. She has a way of releasing tension I didn’t even realize I had. I always leave her sessions feeling renewed, relaxed, and completely balanced. Highly recommend her to anyone!

Tiffany of Ameliorate truly is a master of her craft. She takes her time to get to know your body by identifying trouble spots, and mindfully working away knots. She’s not the type to jam her elbow into your back like some hyped up wrestler. The establishment is clean and the ambience is relaxing with soft music/ sounds playing as you get your massage. The first time I went to Ameliorate, I walked in with a neck pain I had been living with on and off for several months. Tiffany even noticed during my check in that I was leaning away from the side of my neck that hurt. By the end of my 90 minute session I felt like a brand new person. The pain was gone and Tiffany offered up advice on different things I can do throughout my work day to help reduce discomfort. You can tell she’s got a passion for what she does because after your massage she educates you on what you can do to prevent trouble spots from forming. Very happy to have her services close to home. She’s appointment only so be sure to book in advance as she books up fast.
