PSS Home Care

We have had a wonderful experience with PSS. Our mother wanted several hours a day with a home health caregiver who could take her on adventures and provide companion care. PSS found us the amazing Lugen, who has brought joy and fun back to our mom’s life. Every day they are out and about. Lugen is highly qualified and extremely warm and caring. She looks out for my mom’s best interests and treats her like her own family member. We also work with Cora one day a week who is exceptional. The entire staff is beyond professional. They managed our request immediately and are available on a moment’s notice. I cannot recommend PSS highly enough!

For months now, P.S.S. has been extremely helpful to me and my elderly parents. Especially Jason who is a direct contact. He is always helpful and always available, especially in a few confusing and difficult situations. And my mother’s Aide, Elizabeth, is just wonderful and so kind. I would totally recommend P.S.S.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I deal with home care agencies quite frequently. After working with a few different agencies to provide care for my elderly mother, and feeling frustrated with the level of service provided, a friend who is a nurse told me about PSS. She had worked with PSS to provide care for her parents at a critical time and was very pleased with the experience.
From my first encounter with the agency, I was impressed by their professionalism and care.
My family ended up working with PSS for about 2 years. The service was exceptional. Bryan and the rest of the administrative staff were always available if a problem occurred (it rarely did). The caregivers were wonderful. They were reliable, compassionate and on top of whatever needed to be done. In a blizzard, two different caregivers actually showed up at change of shift time, to assure that my mother would not be left alone. I have never experienced a home care agency with this level of professionalism. PSS was exactly what my family needed and we will always be thankful for their excellent and caring service.

One of the very best home care agencies that I hired for my mom. I went through many but this agency has competent aides. The staff is easy to commicate with no matter what time of day. Most other agencies close at a certain time and there is no one to speak to, even in an emergency. This agency immediately returns a call. I was never left without an aide for my mom even if an aide had a problem the last minute. They always sent a proper replacement. My mom was a difficult case, yet the agency did everything to please me. Good people.
