Great surgeon but that’s where it ends. Impossible to get appointments, his bedside manner is non existent. Your pt can call over and over and over for a treatment plan and never get an answer. You will have to call multiple times just to get an appointment speaking to a beyond rude call center. I would rather drive into Manhattan than ever step foot in WMC.
Dr. McGill is the BEST! I shattered my elbow and while I was told by several Doctors that they either did not avert worker’s compensation or the damage was beyond what they could fix. It took two weeks before I found Dr.Magill. Not only was he the only one who would take my case, he worked until he could give me the best outcome. Just to repair my arm would have left me with very limitedROM. However, he fought for me and with me. I had many challenges and struggles along the way and he always looked out for me and the best outcome. I will never have full ROM, but if it wasn’t, for Dr. Magill, I may not have an arm at all. I will be indebted to him and his staff for giving me the quality of life I now have. Because of him I am now in nursing school. My deepest gratitude can never be measured.
