Alberto and his crew were communicative and efficient. The most important part of a project like this is preparing and they did well - cleaning, sanding and caulking exterior as necessary.

Elliott, our project manager at Rider was very helpful. When we wanted a specific type of caulk, he sourced the best option in under 24hr. Then when we wanted to add a coating of the chimney, he also quoted that and it was done in less than 24h!
