Sapphire Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing of Central Queens

The staff at Sapphire Nursing and Rehabilitation Center on Parsons and Northern Boulevard, Queens have taken great care of my dear friend, Barbara Smith, over the last couple of years. There has been a visible positive change in the environment and staff at Sapphire - that did not exist a few short years ago. I’m grateful for the amazing turnaround. Thank you to all the staff, that not only provide great care to Barbara, but also treat her so kindly.❤️

The Receptionist, the Staff, were very courteous, pleasant and very helpful and knowledged. The Facility is very clean and neat, the waiting area for the visitors to see the Patient, and spend time with them, was very pleasant. Clean, neat and comfortable.

Don’t have photos but Sapphire has an outstanding staff. Very efficient and a pleasure to see how they treat all patients. Visitors like us can see easily around the clock how all patients are treated. They are Aplus in my book. The premise is beautiful and spacious and super clean. Sapphire has wonderful events to entertain the patients and they don’t let them stay in bed all day. They seem as happy as can be possible under the circumstances. Physical therapy is wonderful too. And the staff are all efficient. I can’t thank them enough for all they do. Thank you so much for all they do. Sapphire is tops. Five stars.

Visited Sapphire and I must say. The facility is very welcoming and professional. All the staff members were very polite and cheerful. Also very maintained which is a HUGE plus in my opinion especially if a loved one is living there. Rehab is on point with their patients and recreation is very active with their events. Highly recommended
