Was craving bbq and this bbq joint did not disappoint! I travel to Texas often and this place is on par with bbq down there, something that cannot be said of most bbq places I’ve been to in NYC and Long Island. We ordered the brisket and pulled pork. The taste and texture are amazing. The Mac and cheese as a side was a bit on the watery side l. I prefer more of a baked Mac and cheese. Happy to support this gem of a family owned business. Look forward to ordering again soon and trying the ribs and other meats.

I had an incredible experience at Sempre Fame BBQ. The food was absolutely amazing — the brisket, pulled pork, and pastrami were all packed with flavor and cooked to perfection. Even the sides were unforgettable; the mac and cheese was creamy and comforting, and the mashed sweet potato was the perfect balance of sweet and savory.

What truly sets this place apart, though, is the owner, John. He has a fantastic sense of humor and a warm, welcoming personality that immediately makes you feel like family. On top of that, he’s deeply involved in the community and has organized funding for Down syndrome support — a genuinely admirable effort that shows his heart is as big as his portions.

What a great man and an even greater restaurant. I can’t wait to come back!

Please make sure you go here on an empty stomach! I did not expect to find such good BBQ food in the middle of Floral Park! I got the pulled pork Cuban, it was 🔥! Unfortunately it was packed with so much meat (I’m not complaining) I could only finish half! For sides I had the Mac and cheese and sweet potato mash, both heavenly! My husband got the savior burger, and holy shit he needed a savior after he finished it! He is currently in a deep sleep coma! 🤣 The staff is super friendly and fun! I will definitely be going back and suggest you do to!

Absolutely the best BBQ spot around!
I’ve been here numerous times, and somehow, each visit tops the last. Every meat and side dish is consistently cooked to perfection and packed with incredible flavor. The brisket is tender, the mac & cheese is creamy, and the sides—from the corn and coleslaw to the cornbread—are always spot on.

The staff are always friendly, welcoming, and provide top-notch service, which adds to the overall great experience.

Tonight’s order (pictured below) was the brisket/mac & cheese wrap with sides of corn, coleslaw, and cornbread—an absolute flavor bomb.

    Highly recommended!

Had an early dinner and dined in on a Saturday. The waiter was very friendly and knew the specials and entire menu very well. Started with the "Semprenada" of the day which was sausage, broccli rabe, and mozzerla and was not disappointed. Moved on to the Pyro Pork sandwich on Texas Toast which was good as well. The frys were up my alley, thin with the skin and the corn had some tasty seasoning. Washed it down with Stiener Bocknon tap. Want to go back to try the Jughead next.

Went back for the Jughead and it was excellent. I recommend saving half for later, it is a big sandwich plus sides.
