Professional and friendly staff, beautiful work done by all. They are extremely thorough and particular about every step of the grooming process, from nail clipping, bathing, drying, right up until they put a bow or bandana on your dog before you leave. Most importantly, they will ensure that your dog is as comfortable as possible the entire time, and if there are any issues, you will know about them because they are honest. This place is really a step up from all the other dog groomers in the area. Kate, the owner, had a clear vision of how dog grooming should be done and what standards should be upheld. I can't recommend these guys enough.

I have been extremely pleased with Clover’s grooming! Her groomer Sydney is awesome! She does a great job, not to mention her extreme loving care! Clover has been to other groomers where she didn’t even want to enter the building, at shampooches she shows no anxiety. Her reaction just puts me at ease because she feels safe as well as comfortable going there. The whole staff is wonderful, pleasant and professional!

I have a standard poodle that I’ve been struggling to find someone that can Groom her properly since I moved. I’m so glad I found Sydney at Shampooches pet Boutique. The place is impeccable. They are so professional and friendly and I can’t recommend them enough. I’ve gone to places that are cheaper, but remember people you get what you pay for.

Kate has taken amazing care of our standard poodle Brooklyn since his very first grooming. We have followed her throughout her career and absolutely love Shampooches. She is extremely patient, knowledgeable and an excellent groomer. As Brooklyn has gotten older, he has become more anxious and difficult. Kate has worked with us to help him. She is invaluable!! Truly the best!!!

I have been taking my dog there for a few years now and I've always loved the outcome. They've changed the experience for us as her hair grows out often and the transformation is beautiful. She is as soft as can be for two weeks after her appointment. Her paws have become much softer, and they always give her such a cute scarf each time. I know she's in good care when they have her and are transparent with her grooming state. Definitely recommend anyone who wants to create a special bond with their pets groomers to come here. It's like sending them to family.
