Our son attended Storefront Y SwimRight Academy for over five years, and during that time we were very happy with the instructors and the quality of the swim program. The coaches were patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about helping kids improve and feel comfortable in the water. They made learning to swim both fun and effective, and we truly appreciated their dedication.
Unfortunately, what led us to leave and move to a competitor was the administrative side of the academy. The front desk and records staff were consistently difficult to reach. Calls and voicemails often went unanswered, and on the few occasions we did get through, the information provided was sometimes incorrect or incomplete. The office seemed to operate on irregular hours, making it even harder to communicate or resolve simple scheduling matters.
It’s disappointing because the teaching staff is fantastic, and we had years of positive experiences in the pool. But ultimately, the lack of responsiveness and poor communication from the administration made continuing there impossible.
We sincerely hope Storefront Y SwimRight Academy addresses these issues soon—the program itself deserves better support from its front office.
Nice staff . After reading contract i changed my mind. Almost after each word you see a dollar sign ( penalties fees etc) it means if you have an emergancy and not able to call cancel they will tell you respect our policy you signed a contract. One more time only contract paper made me mad the rest was great
