I visited this shoe store hoping to find a new pair ON or HOKA, and while the selection of shoes was okay, it wasn't particularly impressive or diverse. I managed to find a few options that caught my eye, but nothing truly stood out.

My main disappointment, however, was with the staff. The staffs were not friendly at all. Throughout my time there, no one approached me to ask if I needed any help; instead, they just stared. When I tried to ask a simple question about the difference between "ON Cloud" and "Cloudcliff" models, the response I received was dismissive and unhelpful. I was simply told that "the sizes are different," which left me feeling frustrated and no more informed than when I walked in.

Overall, if you're just looking to browse and don't need any assistance, you might find something acceptable. But don't expect a warm welcome or helpful guidance from the team.

We had a store credit from a gift that was given to my son for his birthday earlier this year. The staff that helped us, Micki, was so great. He made sure that the sneakers fit perfectly as my son's foot size apparently went up a shoe size, so he had to try on a few sizes. He just had such a good attitude and was extremely patient, and that goes a long way for us in being a return customer. Would definitely recommend!

Before you purchase from them double check the prices online. you'll be surprised most of the time how much more they charge.
