SoBol Howard Beach

i really like this place, but my recent experience was frustrating. i decided to call the store because they closed well before their posted time on Google, and when I asked about it, the worker was rude, tried to avoid giving her name, and lied about the time. it’s disappointing when customers are treated this way, especially since I was right outside before closing. i hope management can work on consistency with hours and staff professionalism.

I had an amazing experience at Sobol Howard Beach! The place is absolutely fantastic, everything was clean, fresh, and inviting. The staff here really makes it stand out. They're so welcoming and sweet, and you can tell they genuinely care about providing a great experience. I’ll definitely be coming back again and again. Subol in Howard Beach is a great spot with delicious food and a cozy, welcoming atmosphere. The flavors were fresh and well-balanced, and you can tell they use quality ingredients.

The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that the prices felt a bit on the higher side for the portion sizes. Still, the overall experience from the service to the presentation was very enjoyable. Definitely worth a visit if you're in the area and looking for something flavorful and different!

The service was excellent the girls were very friendly and the wait was not long. But, the air was not on, it is about 85 degrees on the outside , you serve yogurt and more the atmosphere should be colder. The girls were sweating. Fix your air treat the employees good.
