His knowledge of horses combined with his incredible experience provides the most beneficial lessons and guidance that you could ever hope to find in a trainer. Regardless of whether you are a beginner or advanced. The stables are also impeccable and incredibly well run.

I highly recommend South Horse Stables. George Ventricelli is an outstanding riding instructor. His passion for horses and teaching are clearly evident. While there's no doubt in my mind that he is a very busy man, during our lessons he is unequivocally and 100% present and devoted to my learning and improvement as a rider. I am always impressed by his patience, attention to detail and remarkable horsemanship skills. Whether you are a new rider who seeks a solid foundation in riding and handling horses or an experienced rider who wishes to take your riding to the next level, I can't imagine a finer instructor to take the journey with. An excellent place for horses and riders! Stuff is very friendly and takes good care of horses. They have a long turnout, good food and shavings. The stalls are bright and fairly spacious. Trainers are knowledgeable and have special approach to each individual client. They help rides of any level to improve their riding skills, build more confidence and get connection with horses.

I started taking lessons for the first time about 2 years ago and so did my son who was 3 1/2 at the time and Courtney has done such a fantastic job with us both! She has always been so great at knowing exactly how far to push my son (especially at such a young age) while also keeping it fun and exciting for him. I couldn’t believe how much he was able to do at such a young age- so fun and amazing to watch! And at the same time she was able to do the same for me- always pushes me to really focus on the important details which has allowed me to make soooo much progress in my riding! Never thought I would be able to do all that I am doing now! And she continues to push me to keep going even when I am a little nervous (with jumping for instance)- all while being able to calm my nerves about it. I just cannot say enough about what an exceptional teacher and trainer she is! I would highly recommend this stable for anyone looking for their kiddos- or looking to ride for the first time or just improve on your skills. 😊

Courtney is an amazing and experienced trainer with a lot to offer. She always makes sure that I come away from my lesson with something to think about and a lot to learn from, not only about riding but also horsemanship and care. The staff is aways friendly and inviting, and the horses' well being truly comes first. Courtney's professional training and positive attitude in combination with all the wonderful school horses really provides a great learning environment full of opportunities.You really learn not only how to ride, but love all things horses as well.
