Ahmed did a great job helping my mother with a fraud attack on her Mac desktop computer. He did a clean install of the system, and took the time to make sure that everything was up and running before he left. I will say that there was some miscommunication around the scheduling of the appointment that ended up making him arrive very late, but hopefully that was a one-time mistake.
I was very pleased with the quality of work by Ahmed. He cleaned my computer of any potential malware and viruses, leaving it in excellent condition. He performed these tasks in a professional and friendly manner.
