You will not find a better Family Doctor in Central NJ, or anywhere else.
With Dr. Iorio, you are in the best hands possible.
Dr Iorio has been my moms primary care physician for 30 years. As an RN, I can honestly say he is an EXCELLENT diagnostician. He is kind and thorough and has immense integrity. She briefly moved away to Massachusetts but one thing that brought her back to the area is Dr Iorio. The new generation of doctors cannot compare.
Dr. Iorio treated my husband with compassionate concern for many years. Whether in his office or hospital room, Dr. Iorio was very thorough in his examination, asking many questions, helping to calm any worries we had. His simple act of sitting in a chair in his office or next to my husband's bedside, conveyed to us the good doctor was not in a hurry to leave. He was there to answer any questions, explain in laymen's terms what was happening.
During one of my husband's hospitalizations, I learned that Dr. Iorio earned the nickname "Midnight Cowboy" because he was apt to show up at any time during the night to observe and check on his patients. I was told by the nurses how Dr. Iorio would often sit next to my husband during the night just to watch him breathe and listen to any sounds.
Dr. Iorio is the most dedicated doctor I have ever known. I moved away 2 years ago and have yet to meet another doctor like him. I will always be thankful and grateful knowing my husband and myself were privileged to have had him in our lives.
