I was so impressed with everyone. Fram the young lady how greeted me to the nurses who explained everything that would take place walking me thorough everything to expect. I could not be more happier.
I had the chance to go to a different facility but opted out of that because Specialty Infusion Center is the perfect place, for me, to have my infusion medication. I'm there for several hours and I have not been let down once. The staff is terrific, funny and completely aware of their patients. They certainly take the edge off. Which helps and is wonderful. They see the patient as a person not just a patient. It is a relaxed atmosphere which makes the patient feel comfortable. I have to say I do enjoy my time there even though I am having medication delivered by infusion to my body. Everybody there is completely knowledgeable in regards to myself and medication. I recommend this facility to anyone who needs their own infusion of medication. You'll see for yourself.
Vivo is a great place for infusions. They make you feel comfortable and welcomed. Bree is amazing!
I was very impressed with the service and staff. It can be a scary experience but I was very happy with my appointment.

Specialty was taken over by Vivo. My appointment with them is today. I don't think this new company is going to be efficient as they screwed up my July 2024 appointment twice.

Vivo Infusions is just as competent and courteous and Specialty in fact most of the people who care for you are the same.
I can’t say enough good things about Vivio Infusion in Port Jefferson The staff is always so friendly and welcoming They truly go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and cared for The facility is always spotless and the infusion chairs are super comfy which makes it easy to relax during treatment
They are also incredibly accommodating and flexible with scheduling which I really appreciate as a patient with a busy life It is such a relief to know I can count on them for a smooth and supportive experience every time I highly recommend them.
