Stand-Up MRI of East Setauket

Had to go to Stand up MRI in Setauket 4 times. They are very professional and very nice. The office is very clean and everyone is friendly.

I have been calling staff every day waiting for a cancellation and I called again today. Late this afternoon, Brianna called me and said they had a cancellation at 5:45 pm could I go in. I dressed and went right over to the office. The staff was very helpful, professional and efficient. Leyska assisted with the paperwork and then I was escorted in for the MRI. The staff that I met do a great job preparing patients for the MRI and also in making patients feel comfortable. THANK YOU BRIANNA AND LEYSKA.

I brought my mother here to get an MRI cause she is super claustrophobic! She was nervous, scared, and anxious before coming. Once we got there everyone was so sweet, and welcoming and she said it was the best MRI experience she has ever had! She said she refuses to ever go anywhere else. The manager Ivana herself talked to my mom, explained everything and did paperwork with her and just made everything such a smooth comfortable easy process! The front desk girls are great and all super smiley and welcoming! Awesome experience

This is my second visit to Stand Up MRI and I have to say, it’s the best place to go if you have anxiety. The technician (I think her name was Kim) was so good at making me feel at ease and comfortable. She explained everything to me in detail, step by step and kept making sure that I was ok. It was quick and painless, so happy to have one close to home.

I don't often leave reviews, but I didn't think the other reviews below were fair. Mine is honest and fair to this facility and the people who work there. Don't listen to the other reviews. They seem like cranky people.

I have used this MRI facility at least four different times now for my leg, back twice (without and with contrast) and my ankle. All of my doctors have not only been pleased with the resulting images, but have recommended me to go there in the first place. Everyone here we're extremely nice, friendly and professional. I would have given them five stars, except the one doctor who did my contrast seemed like he was in a big hurry and could have been a little friendlier, but he was thorough and got the job done.
