Outstanding Service at Staria Automotive – Honest, Reliable, and Highly Recommended
I’ve been using Staria Automotive for my vehicle repairs for years, and they’ve consistently gone above and beyond. Every time I bring my car in, they are honest, efficient, and never try to upsell me unnecessary work. They simply fix what needs to be fixed — nothing more, nothing less.
A couple of months ago, I had a catastrophic engine failure on the LIE — a rod went straight through the engine block. Thankfully, I had warranty coverage, but it still took over a month for the warranty company to approve the repair. Throughout this frustrating process, Staria Automotive was incredible. They stored my Jeep safely for two months, put it on and off the lift multiple times due to incorrect parts, and never once complained or charged me anything extra for the hassle.
Thanks to their persistence and professionalism, I finally got my Jeep back — and it’s running great.
This shop has been around for many years for good reason. They are honest as the day is long, keep you fully informed about your car’s needs, and do fantastic work. I can’t recommend them highly enough for anyone looking for a trustworthy, skilled automotive repair shop.

A hidden gem! I got there as the shop was opening and there was a line out of the door! These guys were able to help me on a Saturday morning with NO frustration! Will be coming back for all of my car troubles.
