I switched to sun river from a primary that was great but didn’t have a nutritionist, and afew months later the nutritionist at sun river just stops seeing me no explanation. I could only get appointments on Wednesdays when I have work which I’ve explained I can’t miss work because all my money goes to bills. I’ve asked for mondays specifically and they said they can only do Wednesday on top of that I needed physicals done for work and program which I explained when making the appointment and it still took months to do simple a simple physical which I need for work.
Director kelly is very rude . Ive been a patient for many many years. Asked to switched providers and i was treated with 0 respect and all she had was excuses defending my old doctor jessica who crossed many ethical lines. Kelly has been trying to find reasons to discharge me and my fiance since the beginning. Francesca and Leslie are the ONLY reason im still treating at this location still. The director does not have the best interest of the patients.
I work with Melanie. From our first meeting, I could tell Melanie was going to be the best therapist. She’s caring, easy to talk too, and offers great advice. I have made significant progress under her care.
I absolutely love this place! Every doctor Or clinition I have seen has been absolutely Very sweet, compassionate, and professional. They are also on point and on top of me about my appointments.... In a good way. They are stuck with me for life!! ☺️💜
I am a new patient. My files were transfered over. Arrived earlier than early for an appointment and waited 10 minuteson a line. Then 5 minutes with the receptionist, who was very sweet. Then another 10 minutes in the waiting room to be told that I could not be helped, due to a technical malfunction. It is unprofessional not to back up files on either paper or a separate storage drive. I was not even given an exact date to reschedule. I left at the time i was supposed to be in for the blood work, and had to fast (not eat) for this. Although i understand they are apologetic for the inconvenience, it is nonetheless, an inconvenience. Sorry about the review. Hope the computers come back up, and I am rescheduled and contacted soon.

UPDATE: I got schedule to come in, made it in on time, and was seen on time within a reasonable time. Met with the doctor, who was very nice and very relatable. The computers have been up and running well, and things are back to normal. I have added an additional star to my review. Hopefully as I continue to visit, I will continue to be impressed. I went in for the blood work, and was able to get in early. I was also able to get my results online. However, Ive never created an account and cannot access my results.
