The company I work for converted an old Toys-R-Us in Jefferson Valley New York into a storage facility. Vanguard Roofing performed thorough inspections and reviewed 3rd party roofing reports to diagnose all roofing issues and provide a plan for remediation. Frank Algier (my main point of contact at Vanguard) was very knowledgeable, sincere and respectful of the overall project goals.

Vanguard provided a new EPDM roof, waterproofing around roof windows, and metal banding around the perimeter, giving the building a great roof and a updated look.
