NEC Design/Build

Our home had significant water damage in December of 2022. Our kitchen, living room, bedrooms were all destroyed. Although contracting is a business, NEC took the time to explain the process from start to end. Eric and his team are phenomenal. I would HIGHLY recommend NEC for home remodeling / rebuilding.

I highly recommend NEC for any work you might want to do for your home. Eric was a real pleasure to work with. He came over and listened to what we wanted done to our kitchen and had some great suggestions as he has had so much experience. His teams showed up exactly when he said they would. Highly efficient and professional workers who left the house as clean as it was when they showed up. All work was done flawlessly. The final cost was exactly what the estimate was that he gave us. When we set out to work with Eric/NEC we were in the middle of a major renovation and move during the pandemic. We were overseeing nearly a dozen different tradesmen and entering what would be a stressful remodel. However, the team behind NEC made sure the work they did for us (decks and porch) would stay on budget and come out beautifully. Not only did they keep their word, Eric and his team were professional, easy going and responsive the entire time. I truly recommend NEC!

We hired NEC to completely remodel our circa 1960 main bathroom. After interviewing several contractors, we selected NEC because we were very impressed with the owner, Eric Rotger. His experience and eye for design along with attention to detail won us over. Eric understood the look we desired and made our vision into a reality. We felt very comfortable hiring NEC for our job after we saw many examples of their work both in pictures and in an actual visit to a recently completed job. They were always a phone call or text away quickly responding to questions or concerns as our project progressed. Eric and the entire NEC team was friendly, knowledgeable, trustworthy and professional. We were very satisfied with the quality of craftsmanship, attention to detail and personalized service. We love our new bathroom and would recommend NEC to others.

Our experience with NEC has been fantastic. Eric and his team are extremely engaged, responsive, and professional. We could not have asked for better or more clear and straightforward communication from start to finish. There was never any lag time during our project. Someone was always here working and doing exactly what we were advised they would be doing. Everyone was respectful of our family and of our home. It was very much about what was good and convenient for us. They worked with our schedule and were always willing to be flexible when necessary.
Our two bathroom remodels have turned out even better than we imagined. Eric and his team worked very closely with us on every detail and we could not be happier with the incredible results, as well as with the process. Their workmanship is exceptional. They always took their time to get things done the right way and we always felt absolutely confident that any challenge would be met. Eric and his team were always available and ready to listen whenever we needed anything. We felt that we were in excellent hands throughout the entire project.
