Dr. Viano is a compassionate and kind person and an extremely competent veterinarian. She came to our home to help us put our sweet feline girl to rest. She was beautifully efficient while also giving us all the time we needed for this passage. These times are never easy, but a wonderful doctor like Anne Viano makes a hard time so much better.
We cannot even begin to express the gratitude we feel for Dr. Viano. Our Teddy had been sick w/Cushings and Bladder Cancer but was doing remarkably well until he wasn't. We had to call her on December 20th and she didn't hesitate to let us know she would come out the following morning first thing. She explained everything that she was doing before she did it and was so caring and supportive through it all. Our boy went so peacefully which is all that we could have hoped for. Thank you Dr Viano for all that you do and for being there when we needed you.
Dr Viano was amazing! She is so kind, compassionate and caring! She explained everything she was doing. We highly recommend her! She gave us plenty of time with our dog Chewie to say goodbye! Thank you Dr Viano ♥️
I contacted Dr. Viano as soon as we feared the worst. Our long time companion, Vecino, was departing and we wanted to give him an at-home goodbye. Despite Dr. Viano's tight schedule, she understood our desire to give Vecino a comfortable goodbye and accommodated us into her schedule. Unfortunately, Vecino left our side the same day we contacted her, we ended up cancelling our appointment. Although we never met Dr. Viano in person, her responsiveness made us feel her compassion and kindness.
I cannot express enough gratitude for Dr. Viano, who provided in-home euthanasia services for our beloved 10-year-old English Bulldog, Tugboat. From the moment she arrived, Dr. Viano exuded compassion and professionalism, putting both Tug and our family at ease during such a difficult time. 🐾
Her ability to explain, with empathy and clarity, that 'it was time', gave us the comfort and reassurance we needed to make this heart-wrenching decision. Dr. Viano's gentle demeanor and clear communication made an emotional experience a little more bearable, allowing us to focus on saying goodbye to Tug in the comfort of our home. ❤️
Several years ago we had a disastrous experience with in-home pet euthanasia, so we were tentative about trying again, but so glad we took the recommendation of trusted neighbors. Unlike the first so-called doctor, Dr. Viano explained the process, ensuring we knew what to expect in each carefully planned moment. She truly understands the bond between pets and their families, and that compassion can be felt at the bedside.
Thank you, Dr. Viano, for your kindness and support. Your dedication to making Tug's final moments peaceful is something we will always cherish. 🌈
