I had gotten my Rabbit of 11 years cremated here, the price was amazing. I had him back within three days. They did a ton of extras like nose print ears prints And had them mailed to me with anAnd had them mailed to me with a sympathy card that everyone signed overall a very great place and I would definitely recommend.
Dr Fairlie was absolutely tremendous! She was extremely delicate to my dog-o in pain, and thoroughly explained available testing options. You will not find better care than what my good boy received.
Despite my dogs horrible outcome, I was met with knowledge, honesty and compassion from Dr Redden and his team. My dog was met with fun caring staff, not a robotic human. I am forever grateful.
After 4 other vets told me they couldn’t help my baby (cat) and his asthma attack, I was directed to call here. (One literally told me that “it should pass”….)
They were beyond nice to me and explained everything to me in a respectful way as well. My cat was having a severe asthma attack to the point he had a partial collapsed lung! It was expensive as all get out, but he’s literally my child so I could honestly care less. An hour and half later I have my cat at home eating food and drinking water and wanting his belly rubbed! I couldn’t be happier!
