Westchester Kyokushin

My son has been training here for the past year and a half or so.
Important note: I'm a pretty critical consumer, and informing others about things that might not be as good as they should be feels an important part of being in a community that looks out for each other.
I've been fortunate enough to meet the senseis (Freddy, Dennis, Lisbet, Klai), watch them at work, and see them through the eye of having done many martial arts when I was young, some 3 billion years ago.

Bottom line; you cannot do better then choosing this dojo as a place for you, or someone you care about, to learn Japanese Kyonkushinkai karate. They are consistently, and unfailingly, helpful, courteous, excellent teachers, patient, accommodating, and never hesitate to go above and beyond when needed. As well as friendly, disciplined, caring, and respectful.

I'm sure they have some small flaw somewhere, it has yet to be found.
They're also extremely reasonable in price, and what else can we say that bout these days? If you're seeking to learn this wonderful martial art, and are within thirty thousand miles or so, this is the place to go. Good luck and have fun.

Great School amazing instructors and students all around awesome time when here. workout is intense you are encouraged all the time to push yourself but at the sametime they are concerned for your wellness (go at your own pace) classes are 1 hour 30 minutes long complete workout mind body and spirit. Highly recommend to all from adult to kids.

Westchester Kyokushin is an excellent choice if you want to learn karate and get yourself in great shape. Sensei Clai is an accomplished international competitor and outstanding teacher of both adults and kids. Highly recommended!
