Willow Tree Yoga

I've been attending classes regularly at Willow Tree Yoga since its opening in 2006 and have recommended this wonderful studio to many friends throughout the years. The owner, Bea is a caring, supportive, experienced teacher that first introduced the benefits and gifts of yoga to me; I am so grateful for her guidance and insight. Willow Tree Yoga is a warm and welcoming studio for students of all levels and ages. I especially look forward to my Saturday morning class with Bea....and her homemade chai! I would highly recommend Willow Tree Yoga for beginners or advanced students.

I started taking yoga classes at Willow Tree Studio when it first opened; and 15 years later I am still a devoted student. Bea; the owner and teacher at the studio has built a loyal following. Some
of my closest friends; whom I met there, are still taking classes together. Some of us might take some time off for various reasons, but we always come back to Willow Tree; there is no other studio in Rockland that compares. When you enter the studio you feel like you've entered a Buddhist temple. Everything about the essence of the studio makes you feel like you are in beautiful sanctuary. It is blissful, peaceful, and serene. Bea always tries to accommodate her students schedules. Bea will send out surveys to find out what times and days work best for you. Along with Bea there are some of the most dynamic teachers I have had the opportunity to learn from. I have been very lucky to stay at different yoga retreats in many different locations. But I feel so blessed and lucky to have this AMAZING yoga studio so close to home. This studio is the real deal !!! Ommmm

I have been attending Willow tree yoga classes for several years. The classes are very professional and truly engaging. The studio has been in our community for many years and I know a lot of our neighbors and friends that attend classes here and have only great things to say. Few years ago I bought a gift card to this yoga studio for a family member and attended a session with them. That was truly a blessing in disguise...have been a regular student since!

This neighborhood yoga studio offers high quality yoga classes for a very reasonable price. The atmosphere is fun, community-based and supportive. The teachers I have worked with are wonderful and you can join classes no matter what level you are at.
The extra bonus is the hot chai served after Bea's Saturday morning class!

Willow Tree Yoga is more than just a yoga studio. It really becomes a place of growth and comfort. I look forward to going and always level feeling so positive. The studio is lovely,warm, clean and cozy. It is place not only for your body, but your mind. I highly recommend this studio. You will love it!
