I'm a woman of a certain age who is no fan of a gym, but needed to do something. Fortunately, by happenchance, I met Bonnie Ringer. I was skeptical, being a total beginner to attend a class. I thought I'd feel intimidated and ill at ease. My fears were unfounded; everyone was so welcoming. The creme de la creme of Bonnie's Shala is her! Not only does she explain every pose, she has patience to correct each person's form no matter the level to ensure that you're getting the maximum benefit. She provides emotional and spiritual guidance as well. The monthly workshops are very beneficial. The skill, love and dedication exhibited in Bonnie's teaching is awe-inspiring and a beautiful thing!!!

I started my yoga journey with Bonnie in 2019 she inspired me to seek out my teacher training. Bonnies Shala is very special holding a lot of healing energy every time I leave class I feel light and invigorated.
