Great hotel, very friendly and professional. Amazing location for the New Year celebration.

Honestly, I really wanted to love this place, however:
1) emailed a person directly for a quote, no response
2) went in for a quote, said they would need to call the supplier, would email later- no big deal
3) finally called, got the quote, but I had to drive in again to pay- no online payments.
4) drove BACK in, paid for the quote, said it would be 1-2 weeks for arrival
5) three weeks later, still no plywood. Called AGAIN this week to check the status. Guy on the phone said they would check into it and call me back. Guess what? No response!
6) I’ve been in this process for almost 7 weeks and still haven’t gotten my lumber.

I had always heard great things about 84 from my dad, but I think the model has changed. Now they seem to hire college interns who have no desire to be in the industry, and those dudes are managed by whoever cares little enough to stay through the changes.

Very unresponsive, slow to deliver, and an overall underwhelming experience from start to finish.

Fabulous experience in purchasing vinyl porch ceiling materials today, but only with the help of team members Andrew Morris (Co-Manager), Dominique Reyes, (Manager Trainee), and Brian! I received the proper guidance to purchase a stellar and exquisite product for my porch from Andy, and was expertly assisted expeditiously in closing the purchase by Dominique. Brian was also quite helpful with respect to knowing exactly how to paint some of the previously bought composite materials. All in all I'm very happy with my visit, and I can't wait to see the finished result after everything is professionally installed. Thankful and appreciative that I did not have to travel far. Love my 84 Lumber Fairless hills.
