I recently completed an 8-week physical therapy program at Drayer Physical Therapy in Milford, PA following a reverse shoulder replacement, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience.
My therapist, Ken D., was outstanding. He is extremely knowledgeable and put together a great routine tailored to my recovery. He was always able to clearly answer any questions I had and explain how everything related to my healing process. When I mentioned specific areas I wanted to improve, he gladly added targeted exercises to address those goals. Ken is truly an expert in his field.
Everyone at the facility was friendly, professional, and supportive throughout my time there. As a bonus, my surgeon was very impressed with the range of motion I had achieved at my 6-week follow-up, which says a lot about the quality of care I received.
I would highly recommend Drayer Physical Therapy in Milford to anyone in need of rehab or physical therapy.
Great professional service from Denise Staiger! She is experienced, thorough, and explained everything fully. She is a real asset to Drayer! And all the other staff members were very good.

So I got an email to evaluate my recent visit to Drayer PT. I didn’t have one besides this..I called 2 weeks ago to start the process, I was told I would get a call back in one-two business days regarding insurance coverage etc, and to schedule. It’s been 14 days. I started my PT elsewhere. I’m sure this is a great place, but the service I received wasn’t aside from the lady I talked to at the front desk that day who was nice, which is why I gave it an extra star. I understand a few days, but 14 days? Cmon.
