⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
This morning I broke my pinky toe. I went to urgent care first thing, but they wouldn’t treat it since it was broken. I happened to be driving past Dr. Frankel’s office as they were opening, so I stopped in. The receptionist was so kind and helpful — she got me on the schedule for the moment the doctor arrived, just two hours later.
The X-ray tech was also amazing — gentle, caring, and understanding, even though my toe was at a 45-degree angle and incredibly painful. There was no wait at all, once Dr. Frankel came in he immediately made me feel at ease. His sweet dog, Hippo, stayed by my side the whole time, making a really painful situation so much better.
While Dr. Frankel gave me the numbing injections and straightened my toe, I got to pet Hippo — which honestly helped more than I expected! I’m so grateful they fit me in so quickly and for Dr. Frankel’s kindness and skill. He truly saved the day!
Great experience. I was seen within 5 mins of arrival, Dr Frankel diagnosed the issue and treated it in office, and I was out the door 20 mins later. Dr F is kind and has great bedside manner without unnecessarily dragging appts out. His therapy dog is awesome, too.
I just received a phone call from one of my patients who went back up North for the summer. The patient needed a Bunion correction surgery and explained that Dr Marc Frankel went above and beyond for her. Not only did he do the correction but he did some newer procedure as well to promote healing and blood flow! Our patient is super happy and Kudos to You for doing such a great job and going above and beyond!
