John replaced my windshield a year or two ago and i still recommend him to people. he was fast, fairly priced, and though my job took a bit longer than i was originally told, John was very transparent with me about how the glass did not meet his standards when he received it from his supplier and he reordered it. that he took the extra time to make sure i was getting a quality product showed me that he actually cares about the experience his customers have. thank you John, hopefully my windshield doesn’t crack again but if it does i will absolutely be back!!

Quick and easy service at a price I liked. Woke up this past Tuesday to my find someone broke my window. Looked on eBay for a replacement in case I wanted to try my hand at doing it myself an used glass was $112. Then I called John's and they said they could do the job for $204 and (so long as the glass was delivered when their guy said it would be) have my car back the following morning so I dropped it off the same day. That afternoon I got a call saying that my car was fixed and ready for pickup tomorrow morning. Sure enough I show up the next day, my bill is exactly what they had quoted me at and the window looks great! Will definitely go back if I ever need glass replaced again!
