Finally feel like I found a reliable mechanic after soooo many bad experiences at other places. Had my thermostat replaced twice at another place and my car still had a check engine light on and it wasn't heating up correctly. When I took it to Ray, he truly took the time to diagnose the issue, test drive it, and make sure the issue was finally resolved and that my car was safe to drive. He also gave me a fair price. Truly patient folks who actually listen to their clients and will make sure the job is done right. Thank you!!

We only go here for all of our cars. They are very honest and friendly. They helped us out too many times to count.

People were nice but...we bought our Pathfinder at Royal motors this year... not even a month after buying it, broke down on us..we had to take it to Wagner's to have the alternator replaced.. Months later after getting fix, last week the oil/ temp light, brake, etc lights went on as I came home from work. We took it yesterday to them and told us that the alternator again is replaced and this time the gasket cap valve is leaking. They didn't charge us for the replacement of the alternator because of the warranty but I'm wondering if the leaking gas cap valve is the reason why the first alternator gone bad.
