We have been going to John for all our car maintenance and repairs for nearly 20 years. He's helpful, professional, and honest. We highly recommend him.

I took my car to Maule's Auto Service. They diagnose the problem within a few hours and was able to fix it in a reasonable time frame. The price wasn't bad at all and they are very friendly there. I would highly recommend them.

I have previously had a great experience at Maules and usually take my cars there. I do trust his expertise and advice, and he’s explained things to me very clearly.
A couple of things have caught my notice, however.
-cabin air filter: Maules replaced mine last year and I paid for them to do that. This year I decided to replace it myself, and when I pulled out the old one, it was completely bent in the middle and crumpled up like it had been shoved in too quickly. That was annoying, seeing as it takes only a few extra minutes to lift the tab and slip it in more carefully so it’s installed properly. Me, knowing nothing about cars, did a better job than someone who I paid to do it before.
- Fair Prices: I just got my car serviced at Maules and wanted to get a second opinion after about a few things that needed fixing. When I did that, those parts did need replacing, but the prices at the new mechanic compared to Maules were significantly cheaper. I don’t know enough about cars to really assume anything, but when I can go to another place to get a service for $60-$100 cheaper than this one, for the exact same service (including a state inspection), then I’ll go with the cheaper place. I’m a bit disappointed in Maules, honestly, because I want to trust the service, and he did pass my car for inspection despite one concern, as long as I knew it needed fixing really soon.
Take all this for what you will when taking your car here.

Great shop for all mechanical needs! John, the owner is a really good guy on top of being honest and fair. If you are looking for a trustworthy place to take your car/truck, John will take care of you. My friends, family and I will all be using his services again in the future. Support small business like this one and stay away from big conglomerates! A++++

I highly recommend Maule's Auto Service! The owner, John, was very helpful in diagnosing my car's problem. Since my car is 14 years old and the issue was simple to fix, he didn't even charge me. He struck me as being very honest and knowledgeable. I will use John's services in the future and my daughter and son-in-law will too. So happy that I found a trust worthy mechanic.
