Visa & Passport Service

Never leave reviews but I had to. I realized I lost my passport like a week before my trip. And Jose came to the rescue. He was so nice and very helpful with my one million questions. He sent me step by step instructions to submit my passport. I brought him my passport papers Monday evening and he had my passport on Thursday! Worth the money and so much better than driving into the hectic city! Thanks again!!

Was at office at 8:30 in line for some time they took my passport n said to come at 2:30 an 80 yr drove all the way from NJ , then they want me to sit at Starbucks till 2:30 recieved my passport around3:30. It’s very poor service to customers .

Jose Kunjappu is amazing!
He is so kind and patient. He explained the process very thoroughly and calmly while I was panicking. I lost my passport 5 days before my trip and in just over 24hrs I had my new passport in hand. Plenty of time to get my new visas. I can’t thank him enough. So trust worthy!

We contacted his office because we were worried that my husband won't get his passport prior to our trip which we mailed in almost 8 weeks ago. Without hesitation he was willing provide us advices on how we should proceed. Even when our conversion was interrupted by the incoming phone call. He called back. When we called the next day, 10 minutes after his closing, to our surprise, he picked up the phone.
